Buffalo Run Casino & Resort is Hiring a Table Games Dealer (FT/PT) Near Miami, OK
- Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior guest service in accordance with department and company standard program.
- Accurately and efficiently deal table games to guests.
- Encourage a positive gaming atmosphere among guests.
- Instruct guests on the rules of the games.
- Exchange paper currency for playing chips.
- Pay winnings or collect losing bets as established by the rules and procedures for the specific game.
- Ensure that all players have placed their bets before play begins.
- Communicate any guest complaints to the supervisor.
- Respond tactfully to guest complaints.
- Inspect cards and equipment periodically to ensure that they are in good condition.
- Calculate players’ winnings or losses.
- Comply with Title 31 record keeping policies and procedures.
- Become familiar with casino events and promotions to inform guests.
- Obtain and maintain gaming license.
- Comply with tip reporting procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous blackjack dealing experience and / or completion of a formal blackjack training school required.
- Requires strong math skills.
